私が拉致問題を応援したいと思ったのは、それが自分たちの国の政府によって長く封殺されてきた事に怒りを覚えたからです。日本の政府が拉致を認定したのは、2002年に北朝鮮が突然、自ら犯行を公表したのちです。その時5人だけ帰国しましたが、残りの被害者の帰国は一向に進まないまま16年が経ちました。最初の拉致から40年近い歳月が流れています。家族たちは老いて、もう自分たちで活動することは難しく、存命中に被害者の家族と再会できるか否かの瀬戸際にいます。これは政治の取引にされてはならないことで、基本的人権の問題です。いま、日本人が一丸となってすぐにこの問題を解決しなければならないんじゃないでしょうか。この「青い伝説」という曲は、愛しい人に会えない悲しみを世界に伝えるため、でも「春はもうすぐそこ」と、強く願えば必ず道は開かれるという祈りを込めて作られました。この動画は5月中旬にYoutubeで公開予定で、アップしましたら私のブログやFacebookで告知させて抱きます。是非ご覧いただき、沢山の人とシェアし、世界にメッセ―ジを伝えてください。私個人の思いから始まった企画ですが、プロデューサーでテノール歌手の榛葉昌寛さん、モンテリーズィ枢機卿様、石破茂先生、ロッシーニオーケストラの皆様、櫻井よしこさんや家族会の皆様、拉致解決を願う一般の皆様の暖かい応援で、バチカンの四大聖堂の一つで歌う事ができました。心からの感謝を申し上げます。

The reason why I devote myself to help the families of the victims of ’’The abduction of Japanese citizens by North Korea’’, is that because the problem have been neglected by our own country for a long time. But suddenly, in 2002, when Koizumi ministry was in power, North Korea announced himself that they did the crime. After that Japanese government recognized 17people as victims. At that time 5 victims came back Japan, but after that nothing proceeded. After that 16 years passed. From the beginning of first abduction, almost 40years has passed.
Now the families of the victims got so old to do activity themselves. It might be difficult for them to meet again each other in this lifetime, if this incident will not be solved as soon as possible. This problem should not be treat as political problem, but as problem of human rights. Now, we all Japanese have to gather to solve this problem immediately. This song ’’Blue Legend’’ is written to inform the sadness of those victims who cannot hold each other, being prevented by the pressure of a Nation, But in this song, I sing ”spring is almost here (And they say spring will come)’’, I mean in it that we can realize our wish with praying so strong, I think it is possible to solve this incident , if we pray sincerely, if we devote ourselves praying seriously!
I am planning to post my music video on Youtube with information of this incident until the mid of May 2018. Then please look and share it with your friends internationally. This plan is started by myself at first, but many warmhearted people, including Mr. Masahiro Shimba a tenor singer& producer, Cardinal Monterizi, Mr Shigeru Ishiba statesman, Ms Yoshiko Sakurai Journalist, Seiji Endo composer & pianist, Mr. Shigeo Iizuka the chairperson of KAZOKUKAI. the members of the Rossini Orchestra, and many ordinal or anonymous warmhearted people who all wish to solve this problem, helped me. And at last I could sing the song in St. Maria Maggiore I wish to say thank you with full gratitude.
